Customer Support Administrator
( O / Attractive Benefits)
Responsibilities:
Provide good customer service support to Aftersales department
Maintaining of customer database
Assisting with walk-in customers and reception
Co-ordination of campaigns
Verification of invoices
Handle other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" level
Preferably with customer service background in retail line
Candidates with a valid Class 3 license will be of an advantage
Must be willing to commit on alternate Saturdays and work in east area
