A global leading semiconductor equipment company with expansion for our operation in Singapore is seeking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to be part of our service team:-

Job Description:

This role is responsible for develop and implement business plans to achieve profitability and growth for the service department. He/she also needs to develop and improve the service qualities and technical competencies of the service personnel

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Manage and work plan for support team in S.E.A.
  • Create strategies and plans for generating service revenue¬†
  • Plan training programme for staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Report monthly revenue performance for the service department¬†
  • Manage service administrative such as installation report, SAP report, inventory report, Install-base report
  • Manage and control the stock level to support the spares and service business including customer quotation & delivery
  • Establish annual service revenue for the department¬†
  • Ensure good response, follow-up and support to customers
  • Build and maintain good customer relationship

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Engineering.
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience as customer support manager and generating of service revenue.
  • Good customer relationship, good experience of generating service revenue, good customer handling skills and good managing skill of customer support team.
  • Required skill(s): mechanical, electrical and industrial services, service manager, strategies and plans for new business development, training program development, budgeting.
  • Willing to travel within S.E.A.
