Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Device/hardware installation.
• Initiate offline tests.
• Re-patch network connectivity.
• Maintaining Tape Vaulting records.
• RSA token distribution and management.
• Troubleshoot/identify LAN access media (fibre or Ethernet) related issues.
• Physical check of Cables connecting Storage, Servers and Switches.
• Assist in house keeping of data centre.
• Checking of other facilities (e.g. Cooling, power, etc )
• Replacing hot-swappable devices / modules in Storage/Switch/Servers, in case of device under OEM support.
• Replace faulty power/network/storage cable

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in data centres
• Min Diploma in IT or related fields
• Candidates must be willing to perform shift work.
