You shall assist the Senior Management in overseeing and building organizational capability to achieve organizational goals of the company, enable continuity and viability in expanding the business locally and overseas. You will also formulate and implement business plans and strategies to expand the customer base in our core businesses, This role is required to build effective and efficient teams to support business growth, develop and foster future leaders to drive businesses excellence in each function unit.
Requirements: -
You are currently holding a Senior Management position and had accumulated 10 years of working experience including 5 years in leadership role. You have managed a large team and possess great leadership qualities. Strong command of English and Chinese is advantageous. Traveling is required for this role. Applicants with working exposure in China with full spectrum of strategic planning, sales/business development, logistics and system integration are highly preferred.
