Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the design and implementation artifacts of a complex solution. You will need to work with business departments to understand key business needs as well as to work with colleagues in ITD to ensure that the technical solution harmonises well with both existing as well as future IT applications and technical frameworks. You can also design, build and maintain conceptual, logical and physical database models for the enterprise data architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyse application requirements
Architect solutions to support business requirements. Solutions should be robust, scalable and extensible
Assist in vendor management to ensure contracted vendors deliver solutions that meet requirements from a solution and architecture perspective
Design CRM and Business Analytics solutions
Review and optimise the Enterprise Architecture including the Data Architecture
Provide second level operational support for development and production data warehouses
Requirements
Good Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
More than 5 years' working experience in IT with at least 3 years working as an application/solution architect or data architect.
Architecture Certification TOGAF, IASA or equivalent will be an advantage.
Experience in Service-oriented Architectures (SOA) and other forms of application architectures.
Experience in architecting and designing CRM solutions or Business Analytics solutions.
Knowledge and experience in financial sector would be advantageous.
Strong experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and ETL tools.
Self-driven, creative person with good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work independently as well as in a team.
