Job Descriptions


  • Manage a team of Engineers. Handling Engineers performance and services to Clients.
  • Liaising with Clients to meet the IT related services as required.
  • Involve in1st and 2nd level onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications, and hardware issues
  • Managed/configured desktops, deployed applications/softwares and applied updates/patches to desktops, laptops, and other network devices.
  • Perform service and maintenance of systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as installing software and hardware; set up new user accounts and computers
  • Email messaging support configurations, troubleshooting (Outlook, Lotus Notes)


  • Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in SOE projects will be preferred
  • Basic knowledge of System Server Administration (Backup, Account Management)
  • Strong knowledge of PC, Laptops, Printers troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007
  • Strong Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies such us TCP/IP networking
  • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs will be preferred
