- Manage a team of Engineers. Handling Engineers performance and services to Clients.
- Liaising with Clients to meet the IT related services as required.
- Involve in1st and 2nd level onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications, and hardware issues
- Managed/configured desktops, deployed applications/softwares and applied updates/patches to desktops, laptops, and other network devices.
- Perform service and maintenance of systems
- Perform general administrative tasks such as installing software and hardware; set up new user accounts and computers
- Email messaging support configurations, troubleshooting (Outlook, Lotus Notes)
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in SOE projects will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of System Server Administration (Backup, Account Management)
- Strong knowledge of PC, Laptops, Printers troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007
- Strong Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies such us TCP/IP networking
- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs will be preferred
