This will be someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, risk appetite and proven record in driving a new sales team & model to success.

Description

Reporting to the General manager of Singapore market, the success of this role will be measured on the following criteria:

Managing the existing accounts and creating deeper relationships

Closing new business and strategic accounts

Designing a unique Business development strategy

Managing a team of more than 15 staffs and motivate them to meet aggressive target

Besides, you will be responsible for the following deliverable:

Set best practices for your team, help your team to achieve commercial objectives while focus on project delivery, talent development etc.

Be an expert on the product needs in the design and build

Prioritise and target strategic accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale through contract completion

Coach your sales teams to take up bigger responsibilities and help them build a strong sense of profit driven deal making

Profile

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a globally recognised university

5 years or more in a senior sales role in a fast-paced working culture

Strong people management skills with a coaching and collaborative approach

Experience of setting up a unique account management strategy

Experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up a plus
