Roles & Responsibilities

You will work closely with the CEO to design and deliver people and organisational development strategies and be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated Human Resource strategy that creates a positive and consistent employer brand for Ren Ci. This will include enhancing the Hospital’s employee engagement and talent management strategies in order to develop a high performing workforce, and being part of the team to develop the corporate culture of the organisation based around the agreed vision and values.

You will also provide leadership to the HRMD department to provide business partnership to all departments to support manpower planning, recruitment and training matters.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Degree (HR specialization) with 5 years’ experience in a hospital/clinical setting preferred
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Senior Management position
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
