Responsible for all import & export shipments.
Ensure the shipments are done in accordance to requirements and schedule.
Preparation of month inventory reports, costing and closing accounts.
Understanding AirFreight & SeaFreight process flow.
Handle all the Import & Export shipment with coordinate with Carrier, vendor & warehouse colleagues.
Liaise with Internal and external parties on cargo survey arrangement on regular basis
Monitor shipment arriving, prepare shipping documents(eg. NOA, Cargo packing list, Cargo profoma inv, Permit declaration, JI & Others)
Monitor container movement, coordinate for stuffing & unstuffing operation Monitor LCL shipment, deliver & collection within schedule given.
Follow up signed DN & DO to customer on time base on KPI
Maintaining updated Inventory stock
Prepare Cost sheet, and work order and ensure timely execution. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
GCE 'O' Level certificate, ITE or Diploma in supply chain or logistics.
3 to 5 years working experience in logistics or supply chain.
Experience in dealing with AirFreight & SeaFreight Process Flow Analytical skills
Basic communication skills in written/verbal
Customer-focused in order to meet the customer needs
