JOB DUTIES

Deal and financial structuring, implementation of due diligence, and preparation of legal documentations with the legal and accounting/tax advisory teams in the M&A deal execution phases

REQUIREMENTS

 

- 3 to 5 years in banking industry 
- Well versed in preparation of legal documents pertaining to merger and acquisition 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with self-confidence in dealing with senior staff


- Must be organized in order to handle multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and function as part of a team with shared responsibilities

- Independent worker who will ask questions and providing feedback

Salary: up to $7000
