- AWS + Variable bonus
- Manage eCommerce website (e.g. updating of product, pricing, promotion).
- Manage website content (e.g. ensure content is correct and published on time).
- Ensure Customer’s Queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage customer’s expectation. Uphold Brand and Customer Satisfaction Level.
- Monitor Competitors, Products and Market (Social) feedback; Analyze and recommend improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports (e.g. Sales Order, Delivery, Customer Satisfactory Level).
- Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experiences
- Good customer service skills
- Well spoken
- Detailed and well organized
