Job Descriptions


You will be responsible for providing post-sales function, including project implementation, troubleshooting, on-site or remote diagnostic technical and maintenance support to customers. Ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction in all deliverables is part of your responsibilities.

  • Responsible for installation, testing, implementation and commissioning of Voice Logger and other associated equipment and systems on site or via remote diagnostic support
  • Provide technical support for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) & Contact Centre (CTI) solutions
  • Ability to co-ordinate with vendors and ensure that all projects are managed within schedule
  • Ability to educate users, support personnel and management in using the systems
  • Provide quality pre-sales technical consultancy services to sales team and customers
  • Prepare project documentation including, technical specification, functional specification, test plan, user training manual or more
  • Attend to faults on-site or through remote diagnostic and explain the fault resolutions to customers
  • Ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and telecommunications service providers to provide fault rectifications
  • Provide post-sales technical support
  • Will be assigned as outsourced engineer and stationed at customer’s site to support their daily operation.


  • Degree with up to 3 years/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science with 2 to 3 years’ of experience in voice/ data communications industry
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong commitment and takes initiative to meet deadlines set forth
  • Excellent customer service attitude coupled with the ability to respond promptly to customers’ needs
