Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilties:


- General Technical Trouble-shooting on Mobile Phone accessories, Mobile Phones, Camera and other add-in accessories for Audio Video appliance products.

- Perform escalation to Manager for customer's service/ product feedback.

- Work closely with the product specialist to resolve customer product usage issues.



Job Requirements:


- 'N' Level/'O' Level/ ITE/ Diploma

- Customer Service experience

- Customer Oriented

- Office hours
