Responsibilities:

  • Work with contractors/vendors to fulfill event requirements
  • Co-ordinate events, perform service recovery
  • Oversees project management timelines, details and task executive
  • Provide on-site support for assigned events
  • Coordinate for events set up
  • Ensure smooth operations of events
  • Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate possess diploma in event management or O level with at least 2 years working experience in event
  • Good PC skills
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent English/Mandarin communication skills to liaise with Mandarin speaking client
  • Able to multi-task and work flexi-hours
  • Singaporean & PR only
