The Role:
Plan and organised the monthly activities for residents .
Promote the activities through publishing in the monthly in-house newsletter as well as designing and distributing posters or notices to various properties.
Source for external vendors as well as liaising and co-ordinating with external vendors to ensure smooth running of the events as well as cost control
In charge of conducting a half-yearly survey with the residents to gain a better insight on their needs and suggestions pertaining to events and promotions activities.
Collate monthly feedback and budget report for reporting and monitoring purposes.
Other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
Diploma and above
Min 2 years experience in handling events preferly in the hospiality industry
Good knowledge in multi media skills and designing art work
