- Filing/ organizing/ safe keep of project documents.
- To provide logistic and admin support to help project teams in the setting up of data management system of key projects:
- Requisite office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of documents .
- Process payment and liaise with Finance Division for the purpose.
- Budget tracking for the Division and update on budget utilization.
- To monitor and remind Sports Hub team on response time to Aconex Workflow and other Aconex correspondences.
- To provide general admin support to the Department.
- Diploma/ GCE A Level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience in office administrative works and GeBiz would be an advantage.
