Job Descriptions

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Contract Staff
    • Create and maintain employee master data records for contract staff
  • Permanent and Contract Staff
    • Create and maintain one-time payment records, such as Annual Wage Supplement, Performance Bonus, leave encashment, awards, flexible benefits reimbursement, etc.
  • Adjunct Faculty
    • Create and maintain employee master records and one-time payment records for adjunct faculty
    • Verify residential address and bank account details of existing adjunct faculty based on payment instructions provided by Schools/ Departments/ ICLIs
    • Delimit system data/ records of inactive adjunct faculty
  • Temporary Staff (Schools/ Departments/ ICLIs)
    • Maintain employee master records and create one-time payment records
    • Delimit system data/ records of inactive temporary staff
    • Administrator for Online Timesheet Clocking System - maintain master project/employee project table, such as assigning staff to project, timesheet approvers, etc.
  • Create and maintain employees'' personnel files
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Prior experience and proficiency in SAP HR Module will be highly advantageous
  • Meticulous, proactive and self-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with others
