Our client is one of the leading MNC in the central.




Ensure that the team manage the day-to-day maintenance assignments of the building operations are performed

Advisory role to building technical details and structural safety guidelines to ensure that the Centre comply to the regulations and governmental agency 

Planning, conceptualizing, writing and implementation of strategic plans and projects 

Mandate, review and implement departmental policies and internal procedures as well as external production standards

Developing the Service Level Agreement for business partners and to ensure that the agreement set is adhered to

Develop and implement department strategies and goals

Define required roles and responsibilities of the team members and establish Key Performance Indicators for the group of members and the department

 Planning of capital expenditure and yearly budgeting matters

Work closely with the Operations to review maintenance contracts and expenditure procurement contract

Execute maintenance performance plan, especially relative to downtime and utilization

Lead and motivate the team to meet all quality requirements as part of their quality improvement plan 



  • Degree with min 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good people management, coordination and negotiation skills
  • Open to Singaporean or PR
