Provide facilities management activities, which include M & E services of the building
Lead a team of technicians in controlling and implementing operations
Supervise and support routine maintenance shutdown activities
Provide supervision to site staff and contractors in planning, coordination and execution of service project to ensure on time delivery
Preparation of monthly report on job site status
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent
At least 3 years experience in Facility/Building Maintenance services in data centre, including technical support of chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and electrical control
Customer-centric focus
Candidate with data centre management is highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in BMS will be an advantage
Shift duty required
