Job Description
Reporting to the Global Marketing Head based in the States, this APAC Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the following:-
- Craft marketing communications plans and campaigns for the region with the Sales & Marketing objectives in mind
- Build up a deeper understanding of competitor landscape, as well as customer and business insights
- Drive innovation and best practices in the communications field, with an emphasis on digital
- Develop appropriate sales tools, metrics and measurement tools to evaluate and optimize ROI
- Work closely cross-functionally with Product Managers and Marketing Managers across the region to align marketing and communications plans to create a consistent brand presence
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, the APAC Marketing Communications Manager requires the following requirements:
- 7-10 years of marketing and/or communications working experience within the Life Sciences/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industries
- Successful track record in developing highly effective innovative campaigns
- Good understanding and interest in working in the Life Sciences/Healthcare industry
- Proactive with good people and project skills to work effectively cross functionally and across cultures
- Driven, resourceful and independent
- Strong communications and presentation skills, both verbal and written
