Job Descriptions

Core Responsibilities: 

  1. In charge of Finance including audit and corporate tax.

  2. Liaise with auditors

  3. Review GST prior to submission to the GST Board

  4. Monitor cash flow of Synergraphic Design

  5. Monitor both overseas and local financial transactions

  6. Involve in budgeting and forecasting

  7. Supervise accounts staff

  8. Migration of accounts data into the new accounting system

  9. Overall in charge of government and factory related matters

  10. In charge of HR , general admin and operation matters

  11. Prepare Synergraphic Design‘s Payroll and CPF matters

  12. Look after the banking and treasury matters of Synergraphic Design 


Technical Skills

  1. Preferably Degree in finance/accounting with more than 5 years of

    relevant experience

  2. Knowledge of and interpretation of government legislation on tax,

    accounting and employment matters

Soft Skills

  1. A high degree of interpersonal skills to interact with and influence employees at all levels

  2. Ability to communicate and network with external parties such as government departments such as IRAS

  3. Strong influencing and motivation skills, conflict and dispute resolution skills
