Responsibilities:
You will assist the Deputy Manager, Finance, in the full range of business to business credit and collection activities.
You will analyze the financial/ non-financial position of potential/ new /existing customers. You are required to check that the terms and conditions of L/C conform to company’s acceptable guidelines on the finance portion and ensure that the Financial Documents are created correctly and timely for all clean L/C.
You will also evaluate Issuing Banks used by customers, process Statement of Account, release sales orders and ensure that the credit control processes are in compliance with internal control and JSOX.
Requirements:
You should possess a Diploma in Accountancy/ Business or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. You must be familiar with L/C processes (Eg. L/C checking). You should be meticulous, have good problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
