FINANCE MANAGERS
Job Responsibilites:
Primary duties
Bank Relationship
Maintain bank relationship, review fees, monitor service level and negotiate bank pricing
Financing and liquidity
Manage and monitor cash liquidity level of group and subsidiaries. This includes managing bank facilities renewal and negotiation in HQ
Intercompany financing. Establishing other liquidity solutions such as debtors financing. exploring cash pooling possibility
Cash management
Review daily treasury position; work with subsidiary and marketing department shipping report to perform regular cash forecast
Analyse subsidiary cash position and payment, highlighting abnormal cash situation.
Identify short-term investment
Commodities risk Management
Monitoring Rubber and foreign exchange hedging and contract
Understanding of capital market and economy impact on forex, rubber ad interest
Other adhoc
Treasury procedure and internal control, constant review treasury
procedure which includes managing changes for bank signatories and Internal banking administration
Yearly budget involvement
Valuation of an Entity
Secondary duties
Maintain daily HQ cash flow
Check and verify vendors invoices before payment
Check subsidiaries shipping schedule
Forecast cash inflow and outflow
Short-term interest monitoring
support to accounts / risks department
rubber hedging report verification
cash flow forex hedge requirement
Forex analysis verification
forex contract signing
cheque signatory
weekly subsidiaries cash flow consolidation
Scrutinize subsidiaries cashflow on a weekly basis
monthly group facility verification - 19 subsidiary
Support subsidiary on funding
Monthly HQ bank reconciliation
Liaising with bankers on operation matters e.g. financing, trade
financing and other banking matters
Interest and loan tenor recommendation
Job Requirements
Degree in Finance & Accounting/Business Administration or professional qualification in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory role in leading a team of
Preferably has working experience in Agri business group
Highly proficient in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Possess good planning and organization skills
