Role 1

Financial Analyst (Up to 5.5K) (City Hall) (Healthcare MNC)

 

Responsibilities

  • To assist Senior Financial Analyst in the preparation of the forecast and budget pack as well as the monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Participate to month end process (P&L and Balance Sheet review / analysis ensuring correct allocation as per Group chart of account)
  • Follow up of headcount reporting with sites
  • Revenue reconciliation / Preparation of the allocated profit report
  • Update monthly reports (Gross Profit / Overheads) and provide comparative analysis including but not limited to market segment analysis, sku profitability, customer profitability
  • Capex follow up and analysis including ROI
  • Prepare budget templates for GP and G&A (Modelling)
  • Support the team in collating budget and forecast information from Business stakeholders (Animation)
  • Load budget and forecast information in Cognos
  • Develop Operational reporting to assist management in driving business opportunities and identifying risks
  • Ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree of Accounting or equivalent, with at least 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience
  • Strong modelling and Excel skills
  • Experience in SUN Accounting & Cognos is highly advantageous
  • Strong capability to adapt to necessary changes
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline
  • Analytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis to management
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only

 

 Role 2

Financial Analyst (Exp in COGNOS) (Up to 5K) (City Hall) (Healthcare MNC)

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management reports for Group CFO and Functional Business Units
  • Monthly update and review submissions from other Corporate office regions inclusive of:
  • accounting advice before month-end close and subsequent follow up matters
  • analyze and review to ensure accuracy, correct and in line with budget/forecast
  • update of monthly reporting templates and schedules
  • Consistent improving reporting requirements and ensure compliance in line with Group reporting
  • Attend to functional review queries from Business Unit(s), Consol and Tax team, etc
  • Prepare and consolidation of Corporate budget, forecast adhering to Group submission requirements
  • Co-ordinate with Region for year-end close processes
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant commercial and audit environment with analysis experience is a must
  • Conversant with Singapore tax systems with sound knowledge in GST
  • Must have experience in COGNOS system skills and knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, etc)
  • Previous MNC work experience environment preferred
  • Result-oriented, committed with sense of responsibilities
  • Good team player
  • Adhered to tight reporting requirements and is dateline oriented
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only

 

Role 3

Financial Analyst (Up to 5.2K) (West) (Renowned Hospital)

 

Responsibilities

  • Costing and pricing of hospital services
  • Review fee revision submissions from various departments and clinics and assess the prices proposed for new and existing services against the costs incurred in the provision of the services
  • Liaise with MOH on health finance related matters, assessing the impact of policy changes and providing clarification to business units
  • Perform financial forecasts, financial review and analysis, including identifying and analyzing key drivers and providing timely analysis for strategic management decisions
  • Monitor and analyse the financial performance of Business Units
  • Support business units in project and capital investment evaluations through NPV or other financial modeling techniques
  • Representing Finance in system implementation or IT projects

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 5 years' of financial planning & analysis experience
  • Experience in international accounting firms will be highly regarded
  • Experience with preparation of Net Present Value statements (financial modeling) and in system implementation projections will be advantages
  • Motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges
  • Strong analytical mind, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a fluid environment, with rapid changes and multiple demands
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
