Reporting line to: Regional Director Asia


The main responsibilities of this position will include, but not limited to:

  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide regional senior management with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the region’s portfolio of businesses. 
  • Ensure that all communications, including spreadsheets and reports, are professional in nature and appropriate for the intended audience;
  • Drive region’s monthly forecast process. Work closely with the region’s Operations Country Managers and local entities´ Finance / Accounting teams and Intercruises Head Office FP&A department to deliver efficient and timely budget and forecasts, including communication of both progress toward attainment and plans to effect necessary course corrections;
  • Monthly reporting to Intercruises Head Office FP&A team of financial and operational performance including variance analysis (actual vs. forecast, budget and prior year), product profit/margin and product mix and, where applicable operating direct costs & overheads. Identify significant trends and, resulting implications, understanding of operational drivers and defining implications to the business along with suggested actions;
  • Lead the annual budget process for the region in line with A&D and Intercruises guidance. Support the Regional Director with the strategic business planning process (5 year plan) in conjunction with Intercruises Head Office FP&A team;
  • Develop financial analysis and insights for future significant business opportunities, new product introductions, alliances & other strategic programs.  Provide Business Development support, special projects and ad-hoc analysis;
  • Provide operational support of existing data extracts and current operations reporting processes within Atlas.  Create accurate and timely reports for monthly business reviews.


This position will require the following qualification and skills:

  • 2 years + of Financial Planning and Analysis experience
  • High Analytical skills and solution seeker
  • Ability to build good working relationships with all members of the organisation
  • A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A complete proficient level of English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
