Responsibilities:

  • Operate phone system with proper, courteous handling and monitoring of all calls and phone messages
  • Provide administrative support i.e. drafting correspondence, oversee & handle requisition of office/pantry supplies, maintenance of effective filing system,  travel arrangements, support to various departments etc.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mails including postage recording for all outgoing mails and upkeep inventory of stamps
  • Ensure smooth running of day-to-day office operations
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Assist in any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/A level, Diploma in any studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Pleasant and polite disposition, able to communication with all levels
  • Mature and professional with high regard for service standards
  • Organised, meticulous and detailed person with high sense of urgency
  • Good written and communications skills
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
