Operate phone system with proper, courteous handling and monitoring of all calls and phone messages
Provide administrative support i.e. drafting correspondence, oversee & handle requisition of office/pantry supplies, maintenance of effective filing system, travel arrangements, support to various departments etc.
Handle all incoming/outgoing mails including postage recording for all outgoing mails and upkeep inventory of stamps
Ensure smooth running of day-to-day office operations
Assist in organizing company events
Assist in any ad hoc assignments
Minimum GCE O/A level, Diploma in any studies
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Pleasant and polite disposition, able to communication with all levels
Mature and professional with high regard for service standards
Organised, meticulous and detailed person with high sense of urgency
Good written and communications skills
Positive attitude with an outgoing personality
Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office
