Job Descriptions


  • Oversee the management and operations of the MHC, including plan programmes and projects for the MHC
  • Oversee all administrative, financial, human resource and estate management matters
  • Supervise and develop a team of MHC officers
  • Establish and enhance relations with MHC’s stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaborations with other institutions, organizations and associations
  • Spearhead public relations activities for the MHC


  • A good university degree, preferably in arts management, history, cultural studies or Malay studies
  • At least 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the arts and heritage sectors
  • Be effectively bilingual in English and Malay
  • Strong leadership, highly independent, resourceful
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and business partnering skills
  • Self-motivated, resulted orientated and full of drive
  • Able to work irregular hours when required
