You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that pertinent hotel information is kept updated on the various distribution channels. This is important to ensure that the bookings made through these channels have the correct information. In addition, you will also provide technical support to the Travel Agency Helpdesk.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Global Distribution Services, the incumbent will be responsible to:-
  • Ensure that hotel rates, packages, programmes and information are accurately maintained on all electronic distribution systems;
  • Review and maintain hotel availability in the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and ensure that these are reflected correctly;
  • Ensure that requests from the hotels comply with corporate standards with regards to distribution services;
  • Maintain accurate administration records;
  • Provide support to the hotels on queries;
  • Provide support to travel agents via the Travel Agency Helpdesk and timely processing of bookings rejected from any electronic distribution system;
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects;


The incumbent is expected to possess GCE O’Levels or equivalent in a similar capacity. He / She should have good communication skills and be able to cope and adapt to a flexible work environment. Computer knowledge with good and accurate keyboard skills would be essential
