Reporting to the General Manager, you will be leading a sizeable team and will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy for Thailand and the region (SEA) by proactively lead, initiate & develop concepts to counteract with competitors. You will identify new big business ideas to drive business opportunities and adapting & initiating new approach to increase effectiveness and regularly monitor pre and post ad test to summarize the key implication and proposals to improve performance. You will drive branding & marketing activities locally by developing, implementing & executing marketing strategies & campaigns; managing local product releases in an economic yet impactful manner in line with regional/global direction. You will also understand, initiate and develop brand architecture and brand portfolio that is align with the market strategy.
The Successful Applicant
You must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least more than 7 years of related working experience in General Marketing within the FMCG and/or Retail Industry. You must possess relevant strategic and hands-on experience in Marketing; i.e. ATL, BTL, Marcom, Product Launch Events, etc. You must have a proven track record of success in developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns/projects, plans & budgets. You must have experience in category product/brand management and possess good knowledge & understanding in brand issues and strategy and take actions and propose recommendations that works. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels and you must be bilingual in both English & Thai
