FIDReC is an independent and impartial Alternate Dispute Resolution institution. It is the premier institution specialising in the resolution of financial disputes between consumers and financial institutions.
To date, FIDReC has handled, mediated and/or adjudicated more than 10,000 financial disputes between complainants and financial institutions.
More than 530 financial institutions are subscribers of FIDReC including banks, finance companies, life insurers, general insurers, capital market services licensees, licensed financial advisers and insurance intermediaries.
FIDReC invites suitable candidates to apply for the position of:-
Head of Finance
The Head of Finance will manage the accounts of FIDReC. He or she will handle the full set of accounts, month end closing, year-end closing, manage the levy/fee collection system, prepare the necessary invoices, vouchers and quarterly GST returns. He or she will also handle the company audit and liaise with the auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit and accounting matters. He or she will also oversee/manage the Human Resource functions of FIDReC such as recruitment and payroll. He or she will report to the Senior Management.
He / She must possess a degree in accounting and have at least 3 years of accounting experience in handling full set of accounts and accounting softwares (Adagio/Accpac). Relevant qualifications such as CA will be an advantage
