Job Descriptions


  • Troubleshoot/ resolve PC operational and network issues over the phone and emails
  • Provide onsite Desktop, laptop, Printing  and Peripherals support
  • Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping etc
  • Support for desktop hardware/software, remote connectivity in banking environment
  • Troubleshoot and support on financial applications
  • Providing software usage expertise for the company’s standard desktop applications and operating systems
  • Contributing to our global knowledge base, following up with clients and interacting with all areas of IS to pursue appropriate resolutions to customer requests


  • Diploma in Computer,Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good customer services and communication skills
  • Team player
