Job Descriptions

  • Handle technical and general enquiries 
  • Perform 1st level troubleshooting over the phone and emails 
  • Assist in any technical enquiries and if any issue is unsolved, escalate to Desktop Engineer
  • GCE 'O' levels with Technical background / Nitec or Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT or equivalent 
  • Good technical knowledge 
  • Customer-oriented 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Open to morning and noon shifts
