Hostel Receptionist (Full time / Part time)

Responsibilities:

  1. Receptionist duties
  2. Handling check in / checkout of hostel guest
  3. Manage online reservation system and telephone / email enquires
  4. Managing cash and credit card payments
  5. Provide travel advice / directions to hostel guest
  6. Ensure high levels of guest satisfactions and positive reviews
  7. Assist in general hostel operations or housekeeping necessary
  8. Assist the managers which are on duty with all related jobs where the management and directors shall decide.
  9. Work independently and able to handle hostel guests’ complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Committed, meticulous, responsible, good working attitude, multi-tasking, highly organized, mature and able to work independently, good communication skills, able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Singaporean

Working location near Farrer Park MRT / Boon Keng MRT (few minutes walk)
