You will ensure smooth running of daily front-desk operations, presenting a professional image at all times. You will advise and assist guest in reservation of hotel rooms. You are responsible for processing hotel reservations. You will handle incoming phone calls and queries from guests. You must deliver consistent high standard of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be involved in the preparation of breakfast for hotel guests when required.
To be successful in this role, you must possess at least GCE’O’ level with 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skill. You must be able to perform rotating shifts which include midnight shift.
