Job Description:

HR/Admin Manager

($ Negotiable / MNC/5days/ West)

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee full spectrum of HR and administration function which includes:
• o Recruitment & Selection
• o Compensation and Benefits
• o Employee Training and Development
• o Performance Management
• o Employee Relations & Administration
• Review and Align current HR strategies and policies, current system, structures and work
• processes
• Ensure smooth operation of the office
• Implement HR Projects and initiatives

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 5 years human resources managerial experience in MNC environment
• Experience in marine industry preferred
• Experience in office management will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Singapore Labour Legislation including Employment Act, IndustrialRelation Act
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English
• Proactive, positive and Independent
• Knowledge of Microsoft office such as Excel, word, Easypay
• Candidates with payroll experience will have an added advantage
