Job Descriptions

  • Data analysis, coordination and admistration for HR matters, including sensitive data, e.g employee performance, job move announcements, people development, expatriation.
  • Data extraction and update using SAP system.
  • Meticulous, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due care.
  • Other ad-hoc support for HR. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Outlook and SAP, MS Office
