HR Assistant - Admin (3 Months Temp) (Urgent)
- To key in the info into Prosoft system and SAP HR system for new hires
- Key in CV record for new hires
- Confirmation record update, prepare confirmation document and follow up
- Monthly pass renewal and follow up
- Employee staff card production
- Running errands to MOM, Iras, & other external service providers, if needed
- Pre-payroll run collations of staff leave records & sourced documents e.g. medical cert, marriage cert & etc.
- Ad-hoc HR admin duties, as and when assigned
- 3 months contract with option to convert to permanent position
- Students on vacation are welcome
- Can start immediately
- Min. Education Level : 'N' / 'O' Levels
- Field of Study : Not Applicable
