HR Assistant - Admin (3 Months Temp) (Urgent)

  • To key in the info into Prosoft system and SAP HR system for new hires
  • Key in CV record for new hires
  • Confirmation record update, prepare confirmation document and follow up
  • Monthly pass renewal and follow up
  • Employee staff card production
  • Running errands to MOM, Iras, & other external service providers, if needed
  • Pre-payroll run collations of staff leave records & sourced documents e.g. medical cert, marriage cert & etc.
  • Ad-hoc HR admin duties, as and when assigned
  • 3 months contract with option to convert to permanent position
  • Students on vacation are welcome
  • Can start immediately
