Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, manage and execute specific Business Units level HR programmes such as manpower planning and recruitment, annual performance management exercise and learning and development issues
  • Partner Business Units Heads in identifying and developing strategic HR programmes to achieve their business outcomes
  • Partner Strategic HR Policy Managers in reviewing and developing organisation-wide programmes to build a high performance organisation
  • Manage all employee related issues such as grievance handling, termination and plan management-staff interactions in order to promote good management-staff relationship

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree preferably with post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
  • 6 to 10 years local working experience in full spectrum of HR covering recruitment, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and employee relations functions with minimum 2 years managerial experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local market HR practices as well as local employment and industrial relations legislation
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders
  • Good negotiation and conflict solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Good communications and writing skills
  • Good team player
