Job Descriptions

  • Receive incoming phone calls promptly and transfer them to the appriopiate receiver or take and relay messages as required
  • Provide assistance to corporate visitors (customer, clients, vendors, employees and other visitors) in contacting the appropriate employee to receive the visitors
  • Maintain and update the company telephone list and kweb employee directory to ensure changes/inclusions/exclusions are updated promptly
  • Assist in training administration and co-ordinate training workshops
  • Manage franking system and franking of outgoing mails; sort and distribute incoming mail/courier items accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinates the pick-up delivery services for courier shipment
  • Manage parking coupons distribution and carpark transponders to ensure accountability
  • Assist Human Resources Executive - HRD/Organization Wellness in managing the zoo pass bookings to ensure accountability
  • Provide support to the Personal Assistant in the area of facilities management and office administration
  • Prepare letters for employees eg. visa, certification letters etc
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned


  • NITEC or Diploma holder with at least one year of related business experience
  • Computer literate
  • With positive attitude 
  • Possesses initiative and good time management skills
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Pleasant and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills

Other Information:

  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Changi North 
  • Salary Budget: Up to S$2,200.00
