Provide administration and HR operations of the company
Updating employee records, request for certification etc, maintain/update personnel files.
Preparation of paper work for new recruit (application of Employment Pass, Letter of Employmen or resign personnel.
Conduct an induction for the new recruit.
Make travel arrangement and hotel booking for new recruit andcompany personnel.
Assist in travel arrangement and hotel booking for mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel for ongoing projects (as and when required).
Ensure documentation are properly archive at end of completion.
MaintainCompany's ISO documentation - update, review and distribute as necessary. Also assistance during auditing.
On rotation to cover receptionist duties during her vacation/sick leave
Assist in answering phone when the receptionist’s line is busy.
Any other duties assign as and when required.
