Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be required to oversee various HR functions.
Key focus areas include:
Recruitment:
Work closely with vendors ( Advertising agents and recruitment firms) in coordinating, negotiating of fees for recruitment advertisements and services
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Welfare
Provide advise and attends to employees’ grievances and complaints
Support improvements and provide feedback to the management to enhance working environment and communications
Review, update and administer staff insurance and claims
Payroll & Taxation
Able to assist in payroll and taxation matters for expats of a HC of 160 pax
Business Partnering
Responsible for being in an advisory position on all clarification of HR directions, initiatives, policies and procedures to meet business objective.
Requirements:
Min Degree / Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge in MOM regulations
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands
Driven, highly motivated, independent and adaptive in a fast paced environment
Candidates with Peoplesoft experience will have an advantage
Priority will be given to candidates with short/immediate notice
