HR Administration
Administrate the HR policy & procedure as per management direction
Ensure and maintain updated and accurate employee records & P-file
Responsible for the administration of all benefit matters and to highlight occurrence of anomalies.
Arrangement of exit interview & administrate the HR clearance for resigned staff
Administrate the application of working permits.
Manage the expatriate apartment arrangement
Payroll Administration
Computation, calculation the monthly payroll, OT, Allowance & deduction for both expatriates and national staff
Submission of general journal on payroll to accounts
Calculation and submission of CPF and related government levy
Taxation
Computation and submission of the Personal Income Tax for national staff
Computation and submission of IR21 for resignation staff under the EP condition
Liaise with Tax agent on taxation relation with expatriates
General Affair
Assist in arrangement for the renewal of the respective authority licensing and leasing agreement.
Assist in planning, arranging, co-ordinating the corporate events
Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the office area and meeting rooms at all time.
Arrange and verify all travel arrangement and expense claims by ensuring that staff attached the original supporting documents and the authorization form is duly filled and signed by authorized approvers.
Leave Administration
Managed and administrate the leave portal and record
Submit the respective leaves claims to respective authorities
Secretary to COO
Providing secretary support to COO
Ensuring his day-to-day schedule are co-ordinate and arrange in order
Ad-Hoc Project
To assist in execute ad-hoc project assigned by Executive Director.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR, Business administration or with relevant HR certification
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR role
Experience in Payroll is preferred
Independently and efficiently with a strong people management mindset
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
