Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • To effectively manage the recruitment of department headcounts and develop appropriate channels and recruitment strategies based on hiring needs
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, organize and conduct interviews in a timely manner
  • Prepare contracts and related paperwork for successful hiring and conduct reference checking
  • Implement recruitment visits and activities with manager to local colleges and technical institutions to facilitate recruitment of young graduates
  • Develop effective communication channels to ensure line managers are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company procedures and relevant laws
  • Handle and follow-up new application/renewal and cancellation of work passes application (EP/S Pass/Work Permit) and related issues closely
  • Handle staff resignation from follow-up of staff last day, returning of company properties, conducting exit interview and payment of last salary
  • Administer and manage medical insurance including medical insurance renewal exercise, medical inclusion and deletion and claim procedures
  • Assist in related HR administration as a generalist role

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of strong background experience in Recruitment & Selection

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication & people management skills
  • Possess initiative, highly self-motivated & a strong team player
