Job Descriptions



  • Facilitate learning needs analysis, develop and implement learning plan, organise learning events, coordinate pre and post learning activities, evaluate learning effectiveness to support the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide coordination, logistic and administrative support to lead and drive employee learning and development initiatives and programmes
  • Facilitate the selection and review of external training programmes to match employees' learning needs
  • Source and work with external vendors to design and implement learning solutions
  • Administer and monitor scholarship and bond matters
  • Update and maintain learning database to facilitate monitoring, review and analysis of statistics
  • Maintain and manage the annual learning budget
  • Review / update orientation materials and programme



  • Degree from a recognised institution
  • At least 3 years of relevant learning & development experience
  • Good knowledge and experience in learning needs analysis and adminstration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player with drive, initiatice and ability to work independently
  • Strong working knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage



  • Working location in Outram Park
