Job Descriptions

Recruitment and Selection

  • Undertake and/or drive the recruitment effort for all levels of employees
  • Review applications/resumes; evaluate applicant skills, interview job applicants and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources

HR Policies and Procedures

  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquirie
  • Review, develop and recommend HR practices, operating policy and procedural improvements for continuous improvements
  • Provide advice to Department Heads and employees on interpretation of HR policies procedures and guidelines

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Full spectrum of office administration responsibility which includes facility management, leasehold improvements, security, office equipment and supply purchases and its inventory and any other related office admin duties as assigned

Learning and Development

  • Conduct orientation program for new employee
  • Identify the company-wide training needs through annual performance review exercise etc and prepare the Training Plan for the Company
  • Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses
  • Develop and prepare Training Orientation Manual

Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage monthly payroll.
  • Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems; complete salary survey questionnaires.
  • Identify and set up the job scope and functions and specific duties and responsibilities
  • Process, implement and monitor the personnel transactions related to all employees such as salary-benefits administration, payroll, confirmation, transfer, resignation, including payroll administration and tax related matters etc.

Employee Relations and Welfare

  • Manage day-to-day HR issues and employee relations.
  • Conduct exit interviewing

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR & office admin experience gained through increasing responsible positions in handling all aspects of HR and Office Admin functions in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of EPE for payroll administration including tax related issues
  • Conversant with MOM, CPF and other statutory boards regulations and standards to ensure correct applications
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people external and internal parties
  • Experience with designing, developing and driving various policies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of office administration
  • Familiar with ISO standards and regulations preferred
  • Has experience with People Soft and E - Recruitment
  • Has regional exposure to various countries such as Vietnam, Philippines etc
