- Bus pick up from: Tampines, Toa Payoh & Jurong East
- Bus pick up back home: Tampines only
- Temp job for 4 months
- Answer incoming calls, greet and assist in person visitors.
- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and deliveries
- Schedule interviews for prospective employees
- Create job descriptions and post open positions, and create new hire orientation packets - Assist with benefits administration
- Prepares and processes new hire forms and personnel actions.
- Assists in the completion and maintenance of personnel files.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
- Assist in ad hoc reporting for human resources
- Fresh Diploma/Degree grads welcome
- Specialization in HR will be advantageous but not a must
- Interest in HR but no experiences are welcome
- Proficient in MS office
- Matured mind-set
