- Conducting researches and creating materials for project meetings
- Discussion and presentation in project meetings
- Planning and organizing seminars
- Developing new services

Job Requirements:
- Strong interest in HR management and consulting
- Strong interest in Japanese companies
- PC skill (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- Communication skill (active listening and consultative questioning skill)
- Fluent business level Japanese to work with Japanese clients
