- This is a 6-month contract position.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Liaise with the company insurers for reporting and claims handling.
- Support the on-boarding process.
- Support the exit process.
- Registration of staff for company health insurance.
- HR reporting.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in HR administration and processes.
- Proficient in HRMS like Prosoft is highly desired.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel at advance level.
- Knowledge of MOM policies and guidelines will be an advantage.
- 5-day work week
- Only Singapore citizens/PRs need apply
- Two-way company transport provided at Clement and Jurong East MRT stations.
