  • Maintain day-to-day administrative functions in the Human Resource
  • Preparing letters, arranging for interviews, work pass applications
  • Manage employee related activities including but not limited to confirmations, resignations, annual appraisals, bonuses and salary adjustments, employee information system, medical and dental claims
  • Travel administration and benefits administration
  • Manage new employee onboarding activities
  • Support HR Business Partners in other HR related duties

  • Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of working experience as a HR Generalist
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of employment related legislations
  • Ability to work independently under time pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Dedicated, a team player with interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
