Maintain day-to-day administrative functions in the Human Resource
Preparing letters, arranging for interviews, work pass applications
Manage employee related activities including but not limited to confirmations, resignations, annual appraisals, bonuses and salary adjustments, employee information system, medical and dental claims
Travel administration and benefits administration
Manage new employee onboarding activities
Support HR Business Partners in other HR related duties
Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
Min 2 years of working experience as a HR Generalist
Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Good knowledge of employment related legislations
Ability to work independently under time pressure
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Dedicated, a team player with interpersonal and effective communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
